The Diverse Aspects of Communication – Voice, Speech and Language was born from the experiences of the authors: Cintia Parga Vieira da Silva, Danuzza Sartori, Fernanda Tavares Basbaum, Irandy Garcia Duarte da Rosa, Maria da Graça Schmidt de A. Carneiro, Maria Silvia Camara Vianna, Maryse Malta Muller, Pérola Kaminietz, Regina Jakubovicz and Ruth Bompet de Araújo and I aim to cover subjects from the acquisition of children’s language, through vocal work with adolescents and professional voice of adults, to work with the elderly, including the family as a resource in speech therapy.
